Commitment to Community


At the Achievement Academy, we believe community involvement extends beyond the boundaries of the traditional school setting. Whether it’s helping with disaster recovery or taking an active role in programs that make our neighborhoods better places to live, we are committed to helping our children learn that service to others can be the greatest lesson of all.


For almost 10 years, the Achievement Academy has supported the communities we call home. At a time when schools and community groups are struggling to make ends meet, the Academy‘s Educational Foundation recognizes that we must increase our focus on service to others as our greatest mission.


This year, we challenge ourselves to seek ways to provide the tools that help our families, students and communities manage through these challenging times efficiently with the greatest impact. In 2009-2010, the Achievement Academy is committed to providing resources and assistance to communities in need.
